I understand a signed client waiver must be on file before services can be confirmed or completed. New clients will receive a waiver by email after registration; returning clients will receive it at the valid email address on file if one is needed.

Policy

Cancellation and access policy

Prepaid visits may be rescheduled with 12+ hours' notice or issued as booking credit when eligible. Requests under 12 hours may receive 50% booking credit; requests under 4 hours, same-day cancellations, access issues, and holiday visits within 48 hours are non-creditable. Less-than-4-hour requests may include a $10 priority scheduling fee, and holidays may include premium upcharges.
